In late 2010, Aging Room was founded with the sole purpose of crafting small-batch boutique blended cigars that cater to the refined tastes of connoisseurs. Rafael Nodal spearheaded the initiative, and in 2011, the brand launched under the watchful eye of Jochy Blanco at Tabacalera La Palma in Tamboril, Dominican Republic. Additionally, some of Aging Room's brands are also manufactured in Nicaragua by esteemed Master Blenders Nestor Plasencia Jr. and A.J. Fernandez. The brand boasts an impressive portfolio of high-scoring cigars across various lines, showcasing the mastery of its makers.

One of the brand's offerings, the Core Habano edition, is a Dominican puro similar to its Connecticut sibling, but with a darker Dominican habano wrapper. This lends a medium-full bodied flavor to the cigar, providing a subtle punch that is highly enjoyable.
