J.C. Newman launched Brick House, a Cuban puro cigar made with Havana tobaccos, which was modeled after his childhood home. The house served as the gathering place for locals and visitors until the Great Depression. Years later, grandsons Eric and Bobby Newman relaunched Brick House with Nicaraguan tobaccos, hand-rolled by master artisans and aged in the mountains of Nicaragua. Quickly becoming a sensation, Brick House has earned awards such as the Best Bargain Cigar and a place in the Top 25 Cigars by Cigar Aficionado.
