My order is still “in transit” according to my tracking number, can you help me?

Unfortunately, no.  When you place an order with Zeal Cigars, you receive an email once that order is shipped with the tracking number.  If you track your order and it says “in transit” there is nothing we can do; you will need to contact USPS customer service at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777) or contact your local Post Office for more information.
