1. How long does it take to get my order once I place it?
ANSWER: All orders (except for pre-orders) take between 2-5 days to process, pack and ship out. Once the package is shipped you will receive an email with the USPS or UPS tracking number so you will see exactly where it is and when to expect it. Delivery times can vary based on USPS/UPS routes and unforeseen delays (weather, shutdowns, etc.) so it is best to track it with the tracking # provided.
2. I placed my order but didn’t receive a confirmation email, where is it?
ANSWER: Sometimes the emails from @zealcigars.com will go into your “spam folder” or “junk folder” automatically so please check there. We also send emails with tracking numbers once your order is shipped and/if there are any issues with your address or order so please be sure to mark [email protected] a safe email to receive emails from so you don’t miss any important information!
3. Do you ship internationally?
ANSWER: ***UPDATE*** ALERT AS OF AUG062020: We have temporarily suspended International shipping due to ‘International Service Disruptions’ in several countries which has caused severe delays in packages getting to our customers. We value the service we provide as well as great products and don’t want either to decline due to COVID delays. We will keep you updated on when we resume International shipping. Thank you for understanding.”
4. Do you accept PayPal?
ANSWER: Currently, we do not accept PayPal. However, we accept all major credit cards on our website for your convenience.
5. There was an issue with my order, what do I do?
ANSWER: We strive for top notch QC/QA on all of our orders, but alas we are humans that pack up the orders and do occasionally make mistakes. If there is an issue with your order, please email your issue to [email protected] with any/all relevant pictures to help us see what you are seeing.
6. Do you do events, wedding, etc.?
ANSWER: Zeal Cigars has done charity events, weddings and approached to do several others. We love the idea of sharing our passion for cigars at events, however, because our staff that can work at events is limited right now, we must be selective. If you are interested in Zeal Cigars to be at your next event or wedding please contact Bradley at [email protected] or Kari at [email protected].
7. My order is still “in transit” according to my tracking number, can you help me?
ANSWER: As much as we at Zeal would love to help with USPS problems, the short answer is there is nothing we can do unless the tracking on a package says it was delivered and it wasn’t (i.e. lost) or it was delivered damaged. Then we are able to follow up with the Post Office, but until then it would be you reaching out to the PO about your package and where it is. Therefore, we at Zeal provide you with the tracking information and date shipped, so you have all the tools needed if you ever need to call.
8. My package arrived by it is damaged, what do I do?
ANSWER: Please take pictures of what you are looking at, outside and any damages made to the cigars/products inside and email [email protected]ars.com so we can follow up with USPS/UPS and make it right on your part as well. Pictures help us understand what the damage was and exactly it may have happened, so we really appreciate them!
9. My tracking # says my package was delivered but I never got it, what do I do?
ANSWER: Please send an email to [email protected] with your order # and a description of the situation and we will help in every way we can.
10. Do you ship to military bases?
ANSWER: Being a vet owned company, we LOVE our military and are happy to supply y’all with cigars. YES, we will happily ship to the military, however, we ship to FPO, APO, etc. addresses here in the states and they ship the packages oversees.
11. Are you all really family and do you all get along??
ANSWER: We are all family, yes! Here at Zeal we have Mom and Dad (Vida and Len), Bradley and Kari (oldest and youngest kids), and Savannah (Bradley’s daughter). We don’t get along all the time, but we love each other all the time and that is what really matters. We are as real as it gets! We have had to grow our Zeal family a bit which now includes a few non-related personal, but we are all still family!
