How long does it take to get my order once I place it?

All orders (except for pre-orders) take between 2-5 days to process, pack and ship out.  When your order is shipped an email with the tracking number will be sent to you.  Delivery times can vary so we encourage you to track your package with the tracking number provided to see the most up to date tracking information regarding your order.

I placed my order but didn’t receive a confirmation email, where is it?

Sometimes the emails from @zealcigars.com will go into your “spam folder” or “junk folder” automatically so please check there.  We also send emails with tracking numbers once your order is shipped and/if there are any issues with your address or order so please be sure to mark [email protected] a safe email to receive emails from so you don’t miss any important information!

Do you ship internationally?

Zeal Cigars is not currently shipping internationally.  However, we are working to ship internationally in the future. Once we are able to ship internationally, this section of the FAQ page will be updated with the counties to which we will ship.

 

Do you accept PayPal?

Currently, we do not accept PayPal.  However, we accept all major credit cards on our website for your convenience.

There was an issue with my order, what do I do?

At Zeal Cigars we strive for 100% quality on all of our orders, but alas we are humans that pack up the orders and do occasionally make mistakes.  If there is an issue with your order, please email our customer service team with the issue at [email protected] Please include any/all relevant pictures related to the issue in order to help us better understand the problem.

Do you do events, wedding, etc.?

Zeal Cigars has done charity events, weddings and has been approached to do several others.  We love the idea of sharing our passion for cigars at events; however, because our staff is limited right now, we must be selective.  If you are interested in Zeal Cigars to be at your next event or wedding please contact Bradley at [email protected] or Kari at [email protected].

My order is still “in transit” according to my tracking number, can you help me?

Unfortunately, no.  When you place an order with Zeal Cigars, you receive an email once that order is shipped with the tracking number.  If you track your order and it says "in transit" there is nothing we can do; you will need to contact USPS customer service at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777) or contact your local Post Office for more information.

My package arrived but it is damaged, what do I do?

You will need to document the damages to the outside of the package and inside to the products thoroughly.  You will need to do this with photos and email them along with a description of what happened to  [email protected]  Zeal Cigars will then file a claim with USPS/UPS and make sure you get your intended order sent to you and follow up with you on next steps.

My tracking # says my package was delivered but I never got it, what do I do?

You will need to contact USPS customer service at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777) or contact your local Post Office as they will need to put a trace on the package since it says it was delivered and yet you don't have it.  Once you have resolution from the Post Office, if you need to follow up with Zeal Cigars, please email us at [email protected] with information about the situation and resolution.

Do you ship to military bases?

Absolutely!  We will happily ship packages to Military Mail APO (Army/Air Post Office), FPO (Fleet Post Office), DPO (Diplomatic Post Office) using the USPS.  If you are shipping to one of these address, please ensure the address is correct and complete when filling out the order form.
