Primordial is great
Primordial. Supposed to be buttercream, cookie dough, and brown sugar. I hate to say it but I do get the cookie dough right off the bat. It is creamy also. Not sure yet about the buttercream or brown sugar yet. Has good flavor up front. Even burn in the first third. Ash is black and grey but not flaky and seems to hold on well. Good draw. The aroma of the smoke does have some brown sugar. Into about a half inch starts to be a little uneven but not bad. Lots of smoke and good flavor. Second third, here comes the buttercream and maybe some of the brown sugar. Still a little uneven but not bad, no need to correct it. Pretty good flavor so far. I have to say I like it so far. Final third is self correcting and tasting notes are spot on. Really good smoke that I enjoyed the whole way through. In the end, all the flavors come in and make an enjoyable smoke that I took down until I was about to burn my fingers

Sorry for my out burst. But I just had quite the experience! I've had a very enjoyable time smoking this cigar. But I've been trying to figure out the retrohale thing, using the zeal YouTube video as a guideline. Never knew whether or not I was successful because "You don't know what you don't know".
Half way into this already enjoyable cigar and BOOM! As I'm doing what I assumed to be retrohaling I get this sudden sweetness! Not on my tongue, but in my sinuses. Freaked Me Out! I'm still coming down from the excitement! I've only been smoking cigars for about 2 months. Visiting cigar lounges around the area and having long conversations with individuals about my experiences. This cigar just became a big part of that journey.
I'm not experienced enough to rate quality, but I CAN rate experience and impact. This cigar is a keeper! And I look forward to enjoying this memory and sharing it with others starting their journey. 5 stars!

Extremely new to cigars, but I found myself leaning towards stronger/fuller/peppery cigars. This one surprised me. I was excited to get a very nice bread note in the beginning and then it changed to brown sugar and a doughy note. Paired it with a cream soda and root beer, amazing combinations.
I can’t wait to be able to get more. Only got the 5 pack and want to smoke them all.

This cigar is like every process of making and eating a cookie dough cookie. Super tasty. I would strongly advise you to let these sit close to two weeks in your humidor to fully develop. Its delicious.

Bought these and let them sit for a good week after arriving. Loved it almost immediately! Great toasty flavor I love to get in Connecticut’s, followed by some good coco flavors that reminded me of eating a s’more. Very creamy but still great flavor that kept it complex. Burn and smoke output was incredible as well, was able to really let it sit and cool without burning out. Highly recommend and once I get down to one left I’m going to order 5 more instantly. Well worth the 5 stars.

Ordered on a Tuesday, got it delivered that Saturday from across the country.
Great, oily wrapper and perfect draw. Burns evenly.
Still smoking the first third, but just had to mention how thoughtfully this was packed! As someone without a larger humidor, the cigars all came neatly packaged and held in cellophane, along with a bag and boveda packs.
Delicious cigar - flavors of buttery challah bread, slight pepper, and lightly roasted nuts. Tasty, and smells so good.
Would love to pair this with a coffee in the morning, or a nice bourbon. Those vanilla and buttery baked goods notes would pair nicely. 5 stars

Great stick. I personally did not get cookie dough out of it, but was able to pull some notes of brown sugar, bakers spice, and cream. Got to agree with the other reviews, the flavors of this cigar really come alive after the first third. 5 Stars

Notes of hay, cream, nuts, and a familiarly aged and well seasoned tobacco. No age problems on this cigar at all. From first puff you'll feel like this cigar is in some way familiar, almost copycat to some others at nearly 3x the price, however there are notes of baking spices that keep the palate interesting. Nubbed 3 of these sticks and not a single hint of bitter or sour ever. No weird ammonia or under-aged leaf exists. A damned fine cigar at an almost unbelievable price.

5 stars. And I’ll agree with the review above, upon light and halfway into the first third I wasn’t impressed Bc I wasn’t getting many notes from it. Getting into the 2/3 I caught myself sucking this creamy smoke like it might be my last. Rich creamy, buttery, cedar, small pepper notes, if you search for it you can definitely find some cookie dough, which is the note I’m finding lingering in my mouth after the stick was finished, and makes me want to smoke another. Was thoroughly impressed. I paired it with an Old Forester 117 which is amazing on its own, but they complemented each other well.
Will definitely be buying again.

In case this doesn’t show correctly. I have chose 5 star for sure. For some reason my phone is not showing me what star rating I have chosen. Anyways to the cigar... I am not much of a Connecticut fan however, this is a very good stick. Now I won’t lie the first third I did not taste much... no not due to COVID. But after that first third the cookie dough that is stated you taste hands downs. I highly recommend this cigar I smoked it till I could not anymore.

I just received my order of the primordial a few hours ago. I put them in humidor to rest. I couldn't wait any longer to try one. I'm about half way through this and this is an amazing quality stick. Burn is razor sharp. Flavors are really smooth. I know everyone's palate is different but I'm getting cream, a very subtle hint of vanilla or something similar. Slight white pepper on the initial light but dissipated very quickly. I'm getting sweet bread notes on the retro. The general smell of the lit cigar makes me feel like I'm near a bakery or something (not sweet bread but like buttery bread). Not kidding around this is definitely better than the spice cream. Stays lit like a champagne. I walked away for like 2 or 3 minutes and it was still lit perfectly. I will definitely be buying more.
