Brazilian Maduro:  Constructed in the Tabacalera Leyendas Cubanas factory in Santiago, Dominican Republic. The maduro consists of a blend using the finest well aged long-filler leaf from the Dominican. Wrapped in a beautiful, silky smooth Brazilian maduro wrapper.  The rich, slightly sweet Brazilian Maduro offers a very flavorful experience and is a medium bodied smoke.   This cigar has a very satisfying finish.  It is truly a very relaxing luxury smoke.

Connecticut:  Constructed in the Tabacalera Leyendas Cubanas factory in Santiago, Dominican Republic.  This Dominican made cigar is very smooth and mild, with its Conn. shade wrapper, and flavors of sweet spices it gives a bit of leather on the palate giving a characteristic of Nicaraguan creaminess with just a touch of spice.  It draws and burns well with earthy notes, hints of sweet cream and a rich spicy finish.

Habano: Constructed in the Tabacalera Leyendas Cubanas factory in Santiago, Dominican Republic.  The Habano provides a complex medium bodied smoke that is very smooth without any harshness.  Rolled with only the highest grade aged Dominican leaf which is matured and blended to achieve a rich and mellow taste.  The Habano gives a smooth but complex flavor  along with a wonderful aroma and satisfying aftertaste making for a great smoke.

San Andreas: Constructed in the Tabacalera Leyendas Cubanas factory in Santiago, Dominican Republic, this blend is fast becoming one of our top sellers. Rich, Deep and flavorful, it should be called “The crowd pleaser”. This cigar reminisces of rich Cuban coffee with hints of fresh cracked black pepper and subtle notes of chocolate. The cigar has an effortless draw which really opens up the flavor.

Pennsylvania Broadleaf: Constructed in the Tabacalera Leyendas Cubanas factory in Santiago, Dominican Republic. This cigar has a dark brown, Pennsylvania Broadleaf wrapper that has a very dark rich look. Combined with earthy undertones and a dark brown oily feel it gives this smoke a very elegant look. Aesthetically the cigar is absolutely beautiful especially with a pigtail. After a stout Pepper the cigar makes a full on assault of your palate with robust flavors of leather and spice and a very earthy undertone. There is also creaminess to the flavors giving it a well-balanced rich taste full in flavor but medium in body.

Criollo 99: Constructed in the Tabacalera Leyendas Cubanas factory in Santiago, Dominican Republic,  this blend is rich yet smooth and is medium to full bodied with loads of flavor.  In addition to the vintage Criollo 99 wrapper, it is filled with Nicaraguan Ligero, Dominican Ligero, Dominican Seco and a broadleaf binder.  This is for the true connoisseur who enjoys a rich flavorful and smooth blend.

Dominican Puro: Constructed in the Tabacalera Leyendas Cubanas factory in Santiago, Dominican Republic, this blend provides a complex medium bodied smoke that is very smooth.  Rolled with only the highest grade aged Dominican leaf which is matured and blended to achieve a rich and yet smooth flavor.  This all Dominican blend is a masterpiece that shows what a master blender can do with an amazing combination of well-aged leaf.

Sumatra: Constructed in the Tabacalera Leyendas Cubanas factory in Santiago, Dominican Republic.  These premium cigars are well made Dominicans with a dark rich Sumatra wrapper. The long filler and binder leaf are all-Dominican in origin, and the quality of construction is evident in the even burn and white ash. The Sumatra is a very well made medium bodied work of art.  The silky smooth  Sumatra wrapper leaf is delicately seasoned, spicy sweet smoke with a caramel taste and an incredibly smooth even finish.

Very well constructed y'all.very appealing if you like dark, deep aged tasting smokes.i really enjoyed this one, seems just a bit lighter than my favorite ZHB of this type,(so far)Liga Midnight.Very good flavors, cocoa,,nuts, toasty, coffee, etc. Just lighter, not as oily as LM,not as much nic kick to me until the last 2inches or so.no bite, not harsh in any way.very consistent, nice long smoke,1.5 hr. Ddidnt smoke up a room with thick smoke.i like this with mornin coffee for sure..Thanx for the suggestion J...

Has to be one of the, if not the, best Maduros I’ve ever smoked. My first Brazilian Maduro. Really good flavors, smoke and draw from the stick in the Gordo size I purchased in the ZHB sampler pack. Ash held on up until the 2/3, even with the wind in Chicago. Immediately had to purchase more before they sold out. Really good looking stick. Great construction, until I made the rookie mistake of trying to take the band off too soon. One of the sticks you have to try.

The Maduro Toro version. Weighed 11.9g vs 14.3g for the Connecticut version I smoked earlier. The cigar has a round head but tapers to a boxed press like foot. Looking in the foot the construction looks shody. I pulled on a lose peice of tobacco and it came right out. Foot looks damaged like it was dropped. Wrapper is wrinkled and veiny. Cold draw tastes of cocoa. Draw is loose with good smoke output. Initial notes of black pepper, oak, and espresso. Cocoa and spice on the retrohale. First ash was flaky and fell off about 1/2 inch into the stick, revealing 4 tunnels of various sizes. Ash is light grey. Burn line wonky and required 3 touchups. As the stick progressed the pepper died down and the oak and espresso became more pronounced. 2nd ash lasted about an inch. When it dropped off 2 of the tunnels had combined to form a 1/4 by 1/8 inch rectangular tunnel. Middle notes were sweet oak. At this point, I had a bit of Buffalo trace with the stick and it paired nicely. Dissecting the nub revealed mostly long fillers with some flake. I'm assuming the Maduro and the Connecticut have the same binder and filler but the quality of tobacco I found in the Maduro seemed better quality. Better texture and smell. I would like the construction I had on the Connecticut combined with the flavors of the Maduro. The Maduro seemed to be a light to medium body stick. 5 stars for flavor, 1 star for construction.

Conneticut Toro size. Got in ZHB fail sampler. Darker than expected Conneticut wrapper. Veiny with micro cracks. Small soft pocket near foot. Cold draw taste of wood. Good draw and decent smoke output. Ash a mix of different shades of grey. Initial notes are mainly spice, so much so that I think this might have been a mislabeled habano wrapper. A faint nougat note. Some wood. Burn line fairly straight though a bit wide. As if the wrapper and binder were burning at slightly different rates. Didnt need to touchup. Cap began to unravel a bit after the first 3rd. Ash lasted entire first 3rd. 2 inches. Fell with a solid thump and revealed light grey almost white ash. 2nd 3rd after purge had a decrease in spice but was still the main note. Slightly sweet wood on retrohale. 2nd 3rd ash lasted another 2 inches. Going into the final 3rd the cigar was mainly wood with a slightly bitter taste. Even with a purge. A medium strength cigar. Disecting the final third revealed a mix of long, short filler and some clippings. I liked the construction but disliked the notes. I wouldn't have guessed this was a Connecticut in a blind taste.

The Brazilian Maduro is my first ever cigar; though my pallet is not use to the cigar industry just yet, I got all of the flavors that Bradley described in his Youtube video covering these four, which he smoked the Maduro. Spicy and peppery at first, but after the 2nd 3rd of the stick you can taste the coffee and a hint of chocolate. I've only had cigarettes before and this is WAY better. Slow burn, great sweet aroma with a slight kick.
